Welcome to CrossFit 573!

At CF573, our fitness methodology is inclusive--it means you don't have to already be in shape, an athlete or training to start with us. Our workouts are scalable--we modify based on each persons ability.

Our workouts are functional, intense, and provide and excellent platform to develop and maintain a high-level of fitness.

  • WOD for Tuesday 03.31.2015

    Partner WOD

    "Team Murph"


    1 Mile Run
    100 Pull-ups
    200 Push-ups
    300 Squats
    1 Mile Run

    Partner must stay together on the run and both run the full mile.
    Team may split up bodyweight reps however they want.
    Wod must be completed in order.
